Once you have found a particular item you would like to purchase, click on the“Add to Shopping Cart” icon to place it in your cart. Once you have finished selecting, proceed to the checkout button and you will be walked through your purchase to complete your order.

Will I be charged sales tax on my thelightlegion.com purchases?

We are required by law to collect sales tax on California destined purchases and will charge a 9.25% sales tax* on items shipped to any location in the State of California.   *Sales tax rate is based on the county we are established and operating in.*

I just placed an order can I change or cancel it?

Please contact us immediately at support@thelightlegion.com for any changes or cancellations to your order within 12 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been submitted past the 12-hour period.

How can I tell if my order went through?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you have not received this email and are not sure whether your order went through or not, please email us at: support@thelightlegion.com.

Shipping

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

LIGHT LEGION is a small grassroots organization and customer satisfaction is what we strive for. All shipments are made to order to ensure quality, so please be patient with us. Once we receive your order we will start creating your very own Light Legion piece to your specifications. Please understand that it takes time to do it correctly, so allow us 5-10 working business days to create your special piece and ship it out to you.

How much does shipping cost?

To show our love and appreciation for all the support, we offer complimentary standard shipping  via First Class USPS on all Light Legion orders.

How long will it take for my items to arrive after being shipped?

Orders selecting Standard shipping will be shipped via USPS first class mail, which will take approximately 3-10 business days to arrive. Please allow 5-10 additional business days to custom make and process your purchase.

Do you offer any expedited shipping options?

We offer FedEx Standard Overnight shipping for a flat fee of $35 including handling.

Can I track my package?

Your tracking number will be sent automatically through a confirmation email. Please allow 24 hours before checking the status of your shipment as the system requires some time to update.

Where can I ship my package to?

We currently only ship to residential and business addresses in the United States.

Can I ship my order to an international location?

Currently we do not offer shipping to international locations, although do check back with us frequently as we plan to offer that in the near future.

Is it possible to ship to P.O. and APO/FPO/DPO boxes from thelightlegion.com?

Unfortunately, we do not offer shipment services to P.O. or APO/FPO/DPO boxes at this time. Please contact one of our Customer Care Specialists at support@thelightlegion.com if you have any further questions.

Can I change my shipping address on my order?

Please contact us at: support@thelightlegion.com within 12 hours of placing your order with updated shipping information. We cannot guarantee shipment to the new address but will endeavor to work on changes to the best of our ability.

How will I know my order has shipped?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped with tracking information.

Returns

How can I make returns or exchanges?

Returns and exchanges needs to be communicated with our team within 14 calendar days upon receipt of item. Items must be returned in new and unworn/undamaged condition with original packaging. Upon approval to start the return process, item must be postmarked for return within 7 calendar days of return process approval.

How long will it take to process a return or exchange?

Returns and exchanges will be processed or refunded after items have been received and examined by our specialists to insure damage has not occurred. The whole return process might take up to 4 weeks.

Other information on returns and exchanges

Shipping fees and the related costs of the returned products shall be the responsibility of the customer except in situations of faulty/defective items upon arrival.

Where are your products made?

Promoting welfare is also about taking care of one another. Every Light Legion 925 sterling silver piece is made here in Los Angeles. We employ a skilled community of local American artisans from the wax modeling, the casting, to the very last hand-polished finish. **

**Please note our light legion packaging and companion accessories i.e. silver chains, leather bracelets, etc are specially ordered to Light Legion specifications by our partner vendors and imported, these pieces are not produced in our LA ateliers**

What is the Jewelry made of?

We use a special select grade of 925 sterling silver, and genuine white/black rhodium. Rhodium is a hypoallergenic metal from the platinum family of metals. All of our products are thoroughly tested for quality and durability before, during and after production. We do not use nickel plating in any of our manufacturing processes.

What should I consider when purchasing silver bands?

Please understand that metal is malleable and can often alter its appearance with normal wear and tear. Although we use the highest quality of a select grade of silver that does not oxidize as quickly as regular 925 sterling, and we plate it with the thickest micron layer of Rhodium available, with time and wear and tear, it is natural to see some changes in color to your Light Legion ornaments. These changes in appearance are often considered unique to the individual and can add a bit of personality to your piece.

How do I clean and care for my Light Legion jewelry?

We recommend gently wiping with a soft cloth after wearing and storing your piece in the black velvet bag that accompanied your piece. Only when necessary would we recommend cleaning with a mild solution of warm water and soap.

Ring Size Suggestions

How do I know what size is best for me?

Although finger shapes and sizes will be unique with each individual, all Light Legion pieces are made to standard US ring sizes. For the 4MM ring size we recommend you order your exact ring size, for the 8mm ring size we recommend you order ½ size larger than your normal ring size, and with the 12MM width it will depend on each individual but we recommend purchasing a full size larger than normal for comfortable wear. Currently we only offer ring sizes in half sizes.

How do I find out my ring size?

If you do not know your ring size, we encourage you to have your finger measured by a professional if available. We strongly do not recommend any DIY paper/string methods because these are prone to considerable discrepancies in measuring your appropriate ring size.

What if I am not able to have a professional size me?

If you are unable to find professional help with your sizing, we will be happy to mail you a ring sizer via USPS first class upon completion of your online order to determine your size for your convenience. Please contact us at support@thelightlegion.com or select the option that says mail me a ring sizer under ring size selection.

What if I have a ring that fits that I already own?

If you have an existing ring that already fits on the intended finger you would like to wear your Light Legion piece on you can click here and follow appropriate guidelines on the Light Legion Ring Chart printout to determine ring size.

Please note: Your existing ring should fit comfortably on your finger, snug enough so that it will not come off easily, but loose enough where you are able to slide it over your knuckle without difficult resistance or feelings of loss of blood circulation to the finger.

Additional tips and information about finger sizes:

Finger size changes according to various environmental and physical factors, as well as time of day, so be sure to measure your finger at the end of the day in warm temperatures.

If your knuckle is a lot larger than the base of your finger, measure both the knuckle and base and select a size in between the two.

Wider bands need to be a ½ to 1 full size larger than your normal ring size in order to fit comfortably.

When selecting our 8mm wide band, we suggest ordering ½ size larger than your measured size.

When selecting our 12mm wide band, we suggest ordering 1 size larger than your measured size.

If your size falls in between 2 sizes, select the larger size.

Warranty

We believe in quality craftsmanship and aesthetics. All of our pieces are double checked for quality and defects before shipping out to you, but If for any reason your Light Legion piece is showing defects due to the manufacturing process and not normal wear and tear, please contact us at: support@thelightlegion.com for an exchange within 30 calendar days.
